We enjoyed a fantastic night at the Sight and Sound Theatre, the show was mesmerizing! The spaciousness of our handicapped room was wonderful with a shower that's easy to use. Staying with two couples felt right at home here.
My kids wished there had been breakfast options for families.

Alright, so the breakfast had a nice variety, perfect for fueling up for a day of local eats! Also, the location? So close to tons of restaurants and nearby attractions! Can't beat that vibe.
Now, on the flip side, cleanliness was a big letdown. Our room had a few maintenance problems—nothing like an old gritty tub and no soap to bring down the mood. Just sayin’!

Family with children, decent stay
The night we checked in Tylor was very helpful, the front desk staff were nice to speak with and I even got to chat with the GM on the weekend which was kinda surprising. Cookies were fresh and waiting for us at the front desk, my kids loved that after a long drive.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the American Music Theatre and Sight and Sound Theatre, both fantastic experiences. The location was super convenient for us. Just a heads up, the WiFi can be slow, but that's not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d recommend staying here for a fun getaway.
One negative aspect was the cleanliness in some areas. The lobby had a few stains, which could be improved.

The remodeled hotel is a hidden gem! Staff was super friendly, rooms were cozy, and the shower had great pressure. Had a tasty breakfast every morning, loved the fresh fruit and bagels. Only wish the fitness center had bigger weights. Definitely a solid choice for a comfy stay in Lancaster!

A surprise at check-in
The staff eventually found a last-minute room for us after a long wait, adding a glimmer of hope to our stressful journey.
Upon arrival, the hotel’s name had changed, causing a chaotic check-in process that wasted an hour of our time without prior notification.
